The rest of what you had to say on your own blog was also fascinating, and I enjoyed getting this little glimpse into what you're all about. Thanks for sharing all this with us, your readers! Take care, Joyce. I would look forward to hearing from you & make a friend (if you're interested?)Jennifer Hovermalehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05047232853800894823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2154359774985368538.post-85976284769835769512015-03-15T19:32:01.091-04:002015-03-15T19:32:01.091-04:00Joyce, I just read your article on Catherine Poole...Joyce, I just read your article on Catherine Pooler's blog, I receive her e-mails and dam just starting to watch a few of her YouTubes.

I saw that you deal with a lot of health problems including fibromyalgia. I was disabled in a car accident in 1990, was a university professor in music performance (flute) and loved my work, it was a tough transition to being away from work and learning to live with so much pain. I had to relocate about 1500 miles away and was alone going through very painful treatments with little finances. I had a couple of surgeries and went through years of treatments before my car accident lawsuit finally ended 9 1/2 years after my accident. I stumbled into card-making and stamping, I cannot say my early cards were very good, but it was something I enjoyed and although I don't get to do it as much as I'd like (physical considerations get in the way), when I'm able to make a card, I absolutely LOVE it. One of my goals is to start my own blog. I live in Ontario, Canada, about 45 minutes from the US border at Niagra Falls. I lived in the US for 5 years while going to graduate school and loved it there.

I have a small gallery on Splitcoaststampers, my member name is 905lovestostamp and I'd like to build up my gallery as I can. Have never tried any challenges and would like to do that too. Much of my strength comes from a faith in God, I am grateful for my faith...

Just wanted to say hello and to say that I enjoyed seeing your beautiful cards and reading your article on Catherine's blog, I'm glad I checked it out for the first time today so I could read your article. Well-done!

If you would like to get in touch, feel free to contact me through facebook, here's a link-- https://www.facebook.com/joanne.lowe.946 , you can leave me a private message there and I'll send you my e-mail address. I hope to hear from you, I think we have a lot in common with card-making and some of our physical struggles and it would be nice to encourage each other.

Best wishes, I enjoyed seeing your work!

Joanne Lowe905lovestostamphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14360003996742794251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2154359774985368538.post-62867383490472848272015-03-14T09:45:58.954-04:002015-03-14T09:45:58.954-04:00So great seeing you featured over on StampNation, ...So great seeing you featured over on StampNation, Joyce! You have much more stamping experience than I do, but I do enjoy stamping.

I saw your mention of wanting to Skype. I am in France, so the timing has to be scheduled, but I would enjoy skyping! Even stamping together. Drop me a line if you would like to try it!
