Captain Underpants

Here's a non-stamped birthday card I made for a friend who, like me, is amused by the Captain Underpants character from Dav Pilkey's series of children's books. Sometimes it's fun to just be goofy!

Sassy Stems

This was a fun one to make!

Saying by Hero Arts

Hummingbird is embossed with detail clear embossing powder. The card really looks much better in person!

Still More Vases in Vogue

This batch of cards is similar to the previous, except that I used groups of three vases instead of just one. Lots more coloring, but worth the effort.

More Vases in Vogue

I love working with primary colors, and I couldn't resist putting together some simple cards using the stamps I already had out.

Vases in Vogue

These paper-piecing cards were made using SU!'s Spring 2007 Palette o' Prints designer papers and coordinating cardstock colors. I'm amazed at how good the four colors look together!

My First Post!

For my first post, I thought I should post some cards that I really REALLY like!

The general layout is CASE'd from a card designed by Cambria Turnbow, who stitched her way around the card elements to give it a quilted look -- but since I'm not a sewer, good ol' regular adhesive did the job for me.
