In the Spotlight Pull-out Card

These two cards use the SU! set In the Spotlight with Pixie Pink and Tempting Turquoise.

I thought I'd do something a little different and make it a pull-out card instead of a regular notecard. The tag with the three circles and the piece of ribbon at the top inserts inside the pink pocket, and a personal note can be written on it.

I'm not sure I like the color combination on this one, either. Any thoughts?

More Cards during Computer Crash

Since I had time on my hands, I thought I'd get an early start making a birthday card for a friend whose birthday is in early September. This card uses the SU! set In the Spotlight and the colors Pixie Pink and Basic Black.



The background paper and the quote on this next card is SU!'s, but the butterfly stamp is TAC.

The Quiet Before the (Posie) Storm

Here's a close-up of my friend's birthday card. It's hard to see, but I versamarked a canvas background onto the lovely lilac cardstock. The greeting and the flowers are on vanilla cardstock.



This one falls into the Ugly Card category. I know I can do better!
